UCC is an open source project released under BSD license. We will foster an open developement environment which works cloely with users and encourage cooperation and communication between developers.

UCC is specificaly designed for personal research and assist the undergraduate or graduate in compiler learning. We hope that UCC will be a seedbed for new ideas and world-class optimizing techniques.
